How To Install Android Oreo for Samsung Galaxy S4 (AOSP)

Update needs a bug fix ASAP!!!!!! I have purchased this mobile through rediff shop. I have S4 and its android version is 4. I have a Samsung Galaxy s4 and had software update and reboot since last night. However, I could not switch it on this morning. Is that common? Does it take a while before I could use my phone after software update?

I lost the mobile data option toggle switch. You can still get to it by going through a variety of options to navigate.
