The app started crashing, so I uninstalled and re-installed, and now it's saying "Tile Migration Failed" and no data shows anywhere. Did the app crash? Same here. It kept crashing so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now nothing loads and all my friends on it have vanished.

Please help! I am having the same issue. It opens just long enough to start syncing and then closes and goes back to my home screen. I've turned the phone off and on and tried unistalling and reinstalling the app to no avail.

I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, I would like to ask you to uninstall the Fitbit app, then restart your phone and install it again. Note that your Fitbit device can store up to 7 days of detailed information so the next time you sync all the data saved in the device will be synced.
Additionally, the data already synced to your account gets stored in our servers and not your phone, which means that once you log in to your account again, you will be able to see this data. Did you find my post helpful?

App Keeps Crashing Android Studio
Turned phone off two different times but app flashes open and immediately closes. Same issue. Have an iPhone 7 Plus ios Looks like it is opening and then just crashes. This appears to be happening ever since the latest Fitbit update v2. Frustrating and would appreciate some insight.

It would be nice to be able to open the app and sync my device, since I just bought a new Fitbit. The problem seems to be on all phones.

And now it crashes as soon as I open it. I had the same problem so tried this but unfortunately the app still crashes? What else can I try? Unfortunately, I had to delete the app, reinstall it and sign up for a completely new account using a different email. I lost all my previous data but the app is working again. At least for now. Turn on suggestions.
