They will not replace it with something different and when they check it they say there is nothing wrong with it! T-Mobile also tells me there is no one else with this problem! Maybe they should read the reviews! Don't buy it! The good: I like how easy the camera operates, the LED flash is nice. The voice calls sound good and I haven't dropped any.

The bad: Texting is a mess.

So many steps and the experience is clumsy and ugly So many steps and the experience is clumsy and ugly. Accessing the contacts for anything is tedious and counter intuitive. Doesn't show the phone number alongside the contact unless you tap an icon. This is extremely frustrating although it doesn't seem like a big deal at first. You can only see a few contacts at a time and the scrolling is rough and clumsy. Hate texting on this phone despite the nice keypad.
