That would be the next thing I would personally do. Just visit a T-store and ask them to swap it over as part of a fault diagnosis. They shouldn't charge you for it in my experience they haven't. You shouldn't need an appointment for this. I swapped the sims over and when using my work sim in the Samsung it can receive and send mms to the VF number fine.

So I suspect it is an account setting.

Android software

It is not my wife's phone she has been sending the same picture message to others and they get them. If she sends them to my work phone I can get them. I just cannot continue sending mms from my work phone for obvious reasons. I am still waiting to here back about my complaint but I do have a Tech appt at the TShop today so hope either scenario will fix. If a Telstra rep wants to assist me beforehand I would greatly appreciate it, but they are suspicious in their absence in this matter.

Must not be interesting enough for them. They piddled around for 45 mins checking settings on the phone etc and then admitted that it must be a back of office issue. ONly way to fix now is wait on a Level 3 tech to ring me back over the next 1 to 3 business days. I guess up to 3 more days on top of trying to get this fixed since the 30th of November is nothing.

I note this link now goes through the same complaint process as lodging a complaint online. They must have been swamped there as soon as Whirlpool. Looking at this now I think I have been duped. There used to be a fax option there once but is now gone forcing you to use the normal complaint link instead of using snail mail. Very sneaky indeed. If I wasn't living in a rural area I would be divorcing Telstra straight up. I am not just a pre-paid customer.

All bar VF came through. Sent a msg back to the VF number and someone responded from Telstra saying had been sent to Vf and is awaiting their reply. I was a VF customer years ago so possibly they stuffed it when I ported to Telstra back in Problem was resolved yesterday. It would seem when I ported from VF in a previous life they had not done one of the settings they were supposed to do when they released me to Telstra. When i first got my phone everything was working. And when the phone was accessing internet there was a 3g symbol next to the signal strength symbol up the top of the phone. The 3g symbol is no longer there and now my phone cannot access internet. Optus — internet. Made all the difference. Can the article please be updated?

Those TPG Mobile settings do not work sorry. Been trying to get my data connected and it refuses to connect using those settings. TPG resell Optus. As do Virgin and just about everybody else out there. There are only three networks of note in Australia: 1 Telstra 2 Optus 3 Vodaphone.
