There are more expensive phones, but I was looking for a bare bones flip phone. Not sure how data would work on the pay as you go, but smart phones are available. I have never had to use the customer service so cannot comment on that, I did have to follow some instructions on their website to get roaming enabled in Europe. Irish calls are free, I make quite a lot of international calls and these are low priced, and the internet is good value at 15 euros for 15 gig. No service for a few days. The shitest network in the world!!!! All the 9 times I spoke to customer service they gave me wrong advice. Everytime they said something different how to get unlimited texts applied to my account. Bad customer service, bad advice and theyeven tried to tell me that I understood it wrong. I asked a few times to listen to the call recording which they refused. I will apply for a refund now.

I m moving my number to another provider. Bought 15 euro sim card for 15 GB of internet, inserted sim-card - no internet what so ever. Long story in short - spent 12 hours in total within next 2 days in chat trying to sort it out.

Useless customer care, useless company! I'm going to make big noise about it. I would give No star if I was able. I was asleep for 8 hours with phone turned off I've had no signal all day I am infuriated. I am finished with tesco PAYG used to be good value for international calls. Now when you top up they put you in a compulsory one month bundle that eats all credit, leaving nothing for calls outside the bundle.

Total rip off. The customer service is appaling.
