I have exactly the same problem as James P. Very annoying as the trip is in few days.. I first almost signed in to mobile app with my FB account but canceled when it says what all stuff is published from profile. After that, registered to tripadvisor with my desktop. Then tried to login mobile app with my new account. Maybe this cancellation broke something in the login logic?

I am not able to log in to the mobile app, what do I do?

I tried also re-install the app with no help. There is an issue with signing into our Windows app. Our engineers are aware of this and I don't know the ETA of it being fixed.
