The plan does not have much data included but that suits me fine and there are other plans with more data. The only downside of it is you must join up using a debit or credit card. The reviewer stated that an incentive was offered for this review. Supposed to be connected in 1 week ok, didnt believe that but.. Im in a unit, they wouldn't connect a WAN cable to my unit because not their job, said Belongs responsibility, Belong said get an I. Liars all, scammers yes. I'm off to telecommunications ombudsmen and office of fair trade..
Be warned please don't trust!! Tried to set up my new SIM. Belong accepted payment then gave me a message saying they couldn't set up the service. I tried again and it would no longer recognise my email, meaning I couldn't log in and try again. Rang customer service - there is none.

All options yes, you actually have to go through them send you to a recorded message saying please find online help. What a load of rubbish. Why bother having a number??? Bought a 2nd while waiting for contact from my online support request. Website got to end of signup after credit card entered etc and said "Oops something went wrong.. My this is about the most deliberately crappy support service once could imagine.. Is there a phone no possible to ring them? Seems not? They wanted to continue to not address the complaint. I have sent emails to the service operator to call back. I asked him the time and date and employment number. This was in regards to a TIO complaint and my last post of disgraceful customer service.
