Plants vs Zombies 2 continues the side-on casual tower defence gameplay of the original, whereby you must defend your house from a shuffling zombie invasion through the strategic placement of various deadly plants. The twist here is that the action takes place across various exotic locations in a number of time zones. These include ancient Egypt, a creaky pirate ship, and a Wild West setting. Naturally there are plenty of new zombie antagonists, as well as new plant types to cut them down with.
