Any loaned equipment returned as faulty or malfunctioning which is found to have been subjected to wilful damage, misuse or use other than in accordance with Our or the manufacturers' instructions, neglected, overloaded, or modified adapted or repaired other than by Us, will not be exchanged and will be returned to You.
