This is by far the best universal remote I've ever owned! Download the software, connect the remote to you computer and tell the software what equipment you own and answer the questions.

After you're done, it controls everything! For example, I watch TV on my Vizio and satellite. So on the home screen of the remote touch screen I have "Watch TV". Lacks functionality as a standalone product. Overall this works quite well.

App Control Desk Pets

Set up was easy as my settings from my Harmony remote transferred to the Hub seamlessly. The Hub works great for turning on the correct devices and channels when telling "Alexa, turn on the TV" or "Alexa, turn on Netflix". The biggest downside of the Harmony Hub is by far the companion app. This is my experience with the iPhone app at least. I have not tried on my iPad. The end result is that I use Alexa to get everything started as I'm settling into the room, and then I still use my Logitech Harmony Universal Control.

Extremely easy set up just plug into your computer follow the steps and voila its all set up. Great remote to replace my 7 other remotes. Highly recommend to eliminate the clutter of too many remote controls. I purchased it on boxing day sale even sweeter deal.

Perfect, we didn't have to do anything it worked with our TV right away, and it even came with batteries! Logitech Harmony Remote Silver. Took all the info from my old Harmony and with a couple of adjustments I was up an running in 10 minutes all together. Great product.

Temporarily out of stock. My elderly mother has poor eyesight and this remote has been a godsend. We had tried a few other big button remotes but one only has channel Up and channel Down no number buttons and the other universal jumbo remote could not be paired with her TV. She can navigate the channels easily with the numbered buttons. Decent replacement remote - minutely falls behind the original version but works well. Good remote and good quality. I had to return it because my old remote started working again but otherwise, I'd recommend if you need one.
