I had something that i mistook for "Phantom-Notifications". The LED was flashing without any notification in my notification-bar. But i realised, that i have my gmail-app set to only remind me for mails in my priority inbox while lightflow was also notifying me for the normal inbox.

Under general settings there's no led setting, all I was able to do was tick or untick pulse notification light under "display " Yes under general settings, if you scroll to the bottom there is an option called 'main led control' and when i tap that it gives me 2 options, first is 'no control - default device behaviour' and the second which i use to fix issues is 'control - light flow controls the led'.

I hope that helps you find it I do have the paid version however so if you are using the lite version i dont know if the option is there.

This works best for me. You have to do this for each app though. Also while charging I put it so that the newest notification would turn on. That way there is no cycling etc.
