It is having various issues and one of the critical one is its failure of charging socket. Is this review helpful? I used it for 7 months and the phone has become completly useless now.. The phone didnt even leave the room. I went to service centre right after removal of the cast. Its completly clear that the sevice centre people where lying. I somehow mangaed with the phone for another few months.

Then one day when the phone was in charge it got switched off, the phone is switching on and getting stuck at "android one" and it doesnt process from there. Screw u nokia. This is the second nokia phone that has failed on me. This is the last. I suggest everyone not to buy this phone. Its just a waste of hardearned money. My friends have cheaper phones which still works with a shattered display and this bloody phone doesnt even switch on..

Nokia 7 Plus User Review and Ratings 4. Displaying of 1, reviews. BIG name but a big let down in terms of durability and after sales service. I was very happy with it till last month - awesome looks, great camera and offcourse a brand you trust. Last month my happy journey with Nokia became bumpy. It started developing charging issues and wouldnt connect to my laptop for transfering files. When I called the customer care number today 6th May I was told I will get my handset in hours from today that is 4 days after I gave it for repair!!!

Can we survive without a smart phone for 6 days??? Or do they want me to purchase another handset? We trust a big brand like Nokia, they are aggressively selling newer handsets but fail to provide service or even spare parts for the models that they are still selling in stores!!!

They should clearly mention - buy but don't expect prompt after sales service or buy at least 2 handsets if you buy a NOKIA coz if it gets spoilt we will take our sweet time to repair it. Is this review helpful? Nokia has arrived.
