Many people are having issues downloading the server and this is frustrating. Some have mentioned a firewall, but no firewall is running on this virtual machine and other Internet connections from this host work fine:. Wasn't an issue on this game a few months ago. I think this might be the case for your S7 Edge. I am able to connect the profiler to the device, but under the New Shapshot Capture heading it says, "Snapshot Captures are not supported with your device's Android build. Please update your device to enable this feature.

Meanwhile, the Adreno Profiler doesn't work for me. After connecting to my app and clicking Capture Frame, it says "Waiting for capture to start The only thing that does work is the Snapdragon Profiler's realtime capture of system metrics. The process metrics don't capture anything. Could the phone's Android build disable something required for the snapshot feature, despite the build having what should be a supported version number?
