I thought the day of plugging into the computers and connecting to iTunes was over! Apparently not. What happens to be the issue is the install in the first place. I had some issues getting installed and along the way, something went awry. After delving into message boards, I found that this error goes back to the dark ages of Surprising, but the fix always seems to be the same. I realize the last thing you want to do after waiting for the new download and update is to, well, download and update again.
