When doing a research about this topic, i found out that this is not a problem which only affects the Xperia sola — also some other devices tend to open the dialer very slow after a longer standby period, and it even seems not depend on the Android version as well.

After this change the dialer was usable without any big delay — only when using it for the first time after a longer standby period it can take a bit more than a second, until the application is usable. This providers seems to cause major delays when starting the dialer since the dialer also uses a search function for the stored contacts.
