In the end, we didn't see much vaue in adding a 'professional' carabineer. You're a climber, so you'd know better then we do, but we felt that it was unlikely anyone would rely on something that came free in the box. If you're life depends on your anchor point you'll buy professional kit.

The other thing we considered was the weakest link in the chain between the case, attachment and the carabiner. The attachment and case around it will break a long way before the carabiner does, so even if we had put a professional version the box, it wouldn't improve the overall break strain. I usually can use it for a day I mean like a regular day hours. And it is dead after that. Of course it can be extended with adventure pack but I would expect from phone like this at least around 24 hours of use ideally 36 - 48 hours. Battery life is one of the things we're pretty good at. Drying it out, as you have, should fix it for the phone you have. Focus hunting is also something we're working on. I think you may also have a faulty pack. Two issues we are aware of, and have fixed in newer hardware - the LEDs are not accurate in telling you if the pack is charge or empty it will say green even when not fully chrged, and it will say Red when not fully empty. The warnings are also not a good indication as you'll get warnings that it's empty when it's still charging. The best way to tell if th pack is charing is to look for the charge icon in the battery icon at the top.

Indeed, I agree with others, the package is a little heavy and cumbersome. I do not know if I had already said in a post on this subject, but I would have liked the opportunity to hang a cord to the Explore Phone directly like a strap without necessarily using the shell which is a big volume. There is still so much more to improve and as an outdoor person I would love to carry my phone and happily leave my camera at home. The video focus but sometimes also the photo focus still struggles, the quality improved a lot but still cannot keep up with other phones, there could be a lot more features like slowmotion video.

Also the front camera is pretty good in the middle oft he picture but getting tot he upper or lower edge, it skews pretty much. So does this pack really gives an advantage? But as it only makes sense to use the pack for loading, the rest of the time I might only carry my phone but the case is still really big too big.

It would be nice to have a foldable case.
