I know this because I was able to connect to the keypad from a friends PC. Since then I fired up an old PC of mine. This is not good for me as I don't use a PC any longer other than for this. Belt clip for a PC laptop is funny but, I think not. I was informed that both issues are known so, please continue working on them. Thank you! My only complaint is that I wish they would modify the app so that it confirms that you are hitting the correct number keys for the virtual keypad on the phone, either by enlarging the numbers as you type and then showing the appropriate number of asterisks on the screen to confirm one's key strokes, other than that minor complaint the app has worked fine for me.

Used this app for a couple years and while it was slow it usually worked until I lost my phone and now it doesn't and I've tried it on multiple iPhones. My wife's iPhone still works but nothing I've tried works.

I've reset my mobile account on the web and no luck, everything loads fine just will not relay arm and disarm functions. Honeywell tech support is useless as they don't respond to an emails. Had the alarm company out who set up the system and they didn't have any suggestions except to try and sell us the upgrade to 2.
