You can also access Play Store in Applications. If you chose a paid app, tap Continue. You'll be redirected to Google Checkout to pay.

The app will start downloading. Note: If you reset your phone, the app store icon may change back to 'Market'. This will change back to 'Play Store' once you've signed in with your Google account.
