A downside is that the case covers the silent switch but it has buttons for the volume and power so thats okay. This is a great case, looks good and protects surprisingly well for a novelty case. My only dislike is that the sides could come up a little higher to protect the screen a bit better. But that is a minor complaint, and the case has already saved the phone from multiple drops from up to 3 foot. It is no armour case, but it barely puts any size on the phone and looks so much better.
