How can overweight forty year olds working at a pizza place be this obnoxious and disrespectful and still be employed. I was unable to get our pizza this week, so I had my girlfriend pick it up. The things I was told she had go through honestly made me so sick to my stomach so much that I lost my appetite and I through out the pizza. I am truly disgusted with the whole building and every person in it. With the way the Kingston chain is run I am not at all surprised.

You need to train these people omg. Let alone not having the right toppings on the pizza.

They transferred me to customer service. The attendant from customer service was extremely rude. When I informed her that I was transferred due to this issue she made a sound of disgust. She then informed me that she will need to call the store. I waited on hold for 10 minutes. I asked her for the number of the store and again she made sounds of disgust for me. She then gave me which is the first number I called. I was not being rude and I did not deserve to be treated in that manner! When I asked for her name she started basically screaming at me and transferred me to head office which was just voice message.

She did not give me her name and hung up on me. Why should I be treated in that manner? I love the quality of Pizza Hut but I will have to order from a competitor today and I will be scared to call in an order from now on.
