This outage was resolved as of May 28th, so if you are still having troubles with this, it might be a god idea to get in direct contact with our technicians to make sure all loose ends are tied up. Going back to the Tunein app on the sonos controller, when i select Radio New York Live i get this message " unable to play Radio New York Live the song is not encoded correctly" I will contact technical after i check for updates ……….
