I am not in US. I mean a warranty exchange. All manufacturers have a one year warranty on the products they make. That will mean losing all existing information. For image backup will need to root which voids warranty. Besides, what will exchange for same model change?

It could be just an issue with your phone. The fact is that your phone camera works just fine with the stock camera app and you download apps from the android market that have bars across the picture. I suggested contacting the developers because they need to fix their apps. Not trying to sound rude but, that's all anyone can do.

Certain apps work on certain phones; if it was your phone that is not working exchange it, if it's all camera apps from the android market either contact the developers or quit downloading them and use the stock. Not only i experience this problem. There are other people as well.
