Like others said it doesn't contain the drivers needed to detect apple devices which makes the app completely useless. Cannot sync with my phone or back my phone up at all. For the most part, it does behave like the desktop version that you can get on the iTunes site. What do I like is the automatic updating and the exclusion of the iCloud for Windows in the Apple update manager of the desktop version.
What I don't like is the inability for the app to detect any iOS based device when a device is connected to the PC.
It's simply greyed out and there is no way to change that. I actually had to revert back to the desktop version for my father in law because he couldn't figure out why it wasn't working before.

I will uninstall. There a plenty of other media players out there. Would not complete download in Firefox, I had to use IE for some reason. Only get this if you need it because you have Apple devices you need to manage. Can not install on Windows 7 64 bit fully updated Home Premium.
