Scummvm android full throttle right click

This is a minor thing, but when you gracefully exit out of a game without utilizing the hotkey combo , you're left with a retroarch quick menu that just shows "no items", and to boot back into emulationstation you need to back out of there and select "quit retroarch" or do the combo there. It's a bit annoying to have that extra step. A few of the games require specific settings for example, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade appears to require a specific FM-TOWNS audio option to hear the music , but I haven't been able to figure out how to set per-game emulator overrides.

Anyone have one working?

I'd also recommend turning off the speed hack for The 7th guest if you like the intro to stay in sync. A random interesting thing for Shivers fans lr-scummvm has really bad video performance for its intro, but it works perfectly for the standalone emulator for some reason. I found this curious because I had assumed the cores were pretty much the same but it's rather moot since on the RPi there appears an access violation bug you hit right after the intro that makes the game unplayable although I suppose you could try restoring a game outside of that area to start.

When adding options to a game, you must use the game id as the section name, and make sure there is a path option pointing to the folder of the game. Games show up in ES, but i get kicked out after seeing the Run Command box. Does it mather if the short-name is in capital letters? Mass add and run the games with the org scummvm core works fine though. Going to thinker with it after work.. Dipkid I can't confirm right now, but I would suspect that it does matter to use capital letters for the game-id inside the text file.

Or do you need to put them in a specific folder using Android File Transfer or something? ScummVM is awesome and has been around for a very long time! You can just copy the game files into a directory and point ScummVM to it and select add game. I've been using the Downloads folder for it. As to where to get games, use your old game CD's I have Beneath the Steel Sky in the box although not the original first one. I have full faith that it will work well with this!

Got my Oculus Go earlier today and just got around to trying Scummvm. Works without problems here. India Jones - Fate of atlantis looks amazing and works really well with the go controller. I will try the curse of monkey island next.

Yes, I was a little worried about The Curse of Monkey Island and Full Throttle at first because the slightly different control scheme hold left click , but all worked out with the remapping! Very happy with this. Oculus, do not take away this feature, or I'll thrash my Go and buy a Vive. Great guide. I've linked to it in the current announcement thread. Some generally useful information there as well, but I guess most interested people know by now.

Cake Day. Looks like you're using new Reddit on an old browser. That has not been my experience with ScummVM, though! There is an onscreen keyboard It did not become immediately clear to me that I could achieve most things that I could not do with the Go controller with the onscreen keyboard. You can remap the touchpad by clicking "Change device configuration" on start up This one is huge, because it solves a game-breaking issue with games such as Full Throttle and The Curse of Monkey Island.
