What I think needs a little improvement is how to install it. I had a new phone and it called for the smallest sim card, so I punched it out and put it in the phone where it belonged, turned the phone on and it said "install sim card". If I wouldn't have had a friend with me who figured it out, I would still be trying to install it.

I didn't know that even though I just needed the smallest card I still had to insert the biggest card into the phone also in order to make contact. Straight talk SIM Card wow!
