I bought this because an order for a similar device using Virgin Mobile looked like it would arrive late, however it did arrive Hey, it was a used device. This device however will not activate unless you have web access unlike the Virgin Mobile which you can activate from the device. It died after about 3 hours use! BTW their customer service is horrible, abusive and ready to dump you if you don't kiss their butts. Activation takes hours to take effect leaving you wondering what went wrong.

FYI Virgin Mobile happily refunded my money.

Since this comes with no information on how it refills itself or tops off after you start running low, I wanted to know how the billing is. I know you have to have a credit card for the auto refills. I am able to log in and see how many mb's I use while I am on it. When their customer support gets better I'll come back and add stars and update this.
