I will never leave Bank of America. I am a part of an organization that has many users under its main account. I set up the app last year as well as the alerts and for a year I have been getting alerts for every persons accounts under the organization. The problem is the online access does not let me disable the alerts and I still get alerts for over 40 accounts all through the month as well as at the beginning of each month. They tell me I can turn it off with the APP but it will not let me turn off the alerts.

I just updated to the latest version and it tells me as it has in the past that I cannot change the alerts at this time. Have worked in IT networking for over 15 years and I know that this is a programming bug that affects users who are with organizations with multiple accounts. A very bad secure flaw. Hopefully someone in IT will look.
