I would also recommend getting an extended life battery or just an extra battery to have with a battery charger , that charges your battery separately. Last but not least r emember that if your battery just stops working, it just may be time for a new one. Batteries usually last an average of 2 years.

How long do you charge the battery for the first time? Thanks for this informative reply. This is the first time i have read about batteries becoming drained if the phone is always searching for coverage, which makes sense to me. I bought a new battery and its still dies so fast. But some time it last long for about 2 days or so. What should I do.
