I am not seeing 'unknown' set to true in this module's list of browsers to reject and it doesn't appear set to true in jquery. My tablet is not with me at the moment so I'm unable to try to reproduce or check if explicitly setting 'unknown' to false will fix the issue. OK, I was able to replicate getting rejected using the Dolphin browser on my Android tablet. This string ends up being detected as Safari 4 by jReject. I unchecked Safari 4 in this module and no longer get the rejection message using Dolphin on Android. So, as far as I can tell, this module does not reject unknown browsers. You need to adjust your list of rejected browsers in the module because it defaults to reject quite a lot of older versions of browsers that might not actually warrant rejections on your website.

Further follow-up to better support mobile browsers with user agent string detection should be made with the jReject plugin developer. Even if it was just for diagnostics and therefore a selectable option, exactly what it is rejecting should be viewable when it does a reject. Is there a workaround or fix for this critical bug? I think this module is very nice and has done a lot of things better than the alternatives I have found, but if it's going to just reject anything it doesn't understand, it is obviously worthless in a production environment.

FYI, my workaround for this problem with Android stock browser was to uncheck Chrome 1 from the administration I really don't expect people with real Chrome 1 visiting my site. Therefore this discussion should be taken on their site. I think this is due to unknown browser blocking enabled by default. Library jreject have possibility to set 'unknown: false' but module don't have this setting and probably it is default true. Its not because of 'unknown', check your page HTML, the library adds class to the tag with what is detected from the user agent. I think I may have found a cheating method that stops this module from appearing on mobile devices This has worked for me. I've tested it in browserstack and it does seem to stop the pop-up on any mobile device.
