I've noticed that intermittently there is no weather information in notification center. Then at other times it will appear only as a text description that sometimes includes the current temperature and sometimes not - just the range for the day. Since this info comes from Yahoo I'm assuming there are some inconsistencies between Yahoo and iOS 7 yet to be resolved.
