If I could give Ari 100 stars I would. I was referred to him by fate, just mentioning something about my iphone 6 falling in the toilet and the #ubreakitifixitburbank guys saying it couldn't be fixed. I don't give up easily so when I was given Ari's contact info, I called him right away. Ari picked up immediately. I could tell he was busy but he knew I needed my phone so he worked me in. I was able to meet him at Coffee Bean Los Feliz and very quickly I could see that he really knows his stuff with iphones.

The most amazing customer service in my life!!!! These guys are amazing, my charging port on my 6s broke and I was at an Apple Store and the high tech store in Los Felix trying to get it fixed or sorted. Nothing happened I got excuses left and right! Then I yelped a place to get my phone fixed and came across these guys. I messaged them through my iPad, got a responsee in 30 seconds. Drove over, fixed my phone in less then 30 minutes and mind you it was past 10 pm. They even, replaced my broken screen cover for free and the best customer service so far! Where do I begin? First off, I had no idea that this phone repair comes to you! Luckily i found Phon-ER because it was local and drove to the address. They're 24 hours, so I called around 7AM to get a quote and after i arrived, he replaced my screen, battery, and proximity sensor in 15 minutes. You really can't beat his prices and after a couple minutes you almost forget you're getting your phone repaired. Ari, was very knowledgable, quick, and honest. He made the experience so enjoyable!
