Robertamac Created on October 24, I have a Nokia Lumia , have been using it happily for a few years, having both my windows live email account and my own email accounts via a web services company. Yesterday, both my own email accounts stopped working on the phone, while the windows live hotmail account continues to work. They stopped working on the windows phone, contacted vodafone, my phone company, who were unable to provide technical support for a windows phone, and nokia, who don't provide support for it either don't know why and there is no windows phone support number in the UK.

I eventually figured out if I went back to old the pop and no SSL settings that the email would work, obviously I am not going to do that, but does anyone have any suggestions as to who to get this working again?

I have tried all the suggestions on the support pages, going back to insecure settings seems to be the only solution. Or does windows phone no longer support non-windows email addresses? This thread is locked.
