Did you want to say that once you changed the time settings, the time on the status bar was correct but in the weather widget was incorrect? FYI, the time on the status bar depends on the selected time in the date time settings, while the time in the weather widget on Home screen depends on the city that is being displayed in the widget. So, the conclusion is to make them have the same time, make sure the city that is being displayed in the weather widget is the same as the selected city in the time zone option in the date time settings.
