Unfortunately I learned the hard way, but hopefully now you won't make an unnecessary purchase because the seller is more vague than transparent about where the phone really works.

Specifically, in the United States, it works. Yet it doesn't support 4G LTE. Not fully compatible with US carriers.

Neither signal is full 4 G LTE as the description shows. Seems the international version is mainly compatible with other networks more than US ones. Only reason I purchased was it seems the US model, is either delayed or cancelled as no one from Sony responds to questions about a US release as it was supposed to be late June. Otherwise good phone and hopefully does not give me too much problems because I would hate to have to return it just to start all over with a more expensive phone which is smaller.

It runs fast. The phone itself has been great. Screen looks good.

I have to keep the brightness pretty high to have it look how I want it to, but the battery holds up very well even with the brighter screen. I haven't had a phone that works as well on the battery life as this phone does.

Being in the US, I can only get 4G service. I cannot get LTE. One person found this helpful. Beautifull screen, great camera, fast and user friendly. That's a shame on Sony.
