Apple app store purchases missing
An office iPad, for example, can be used to access rarely-needed apps. If you signed into your account on a shared iOS device or computer, another employee may have accidentally used your funds for a purchase. Since the password that validates your Apple ID is usually required before each purchase, this is rare. If someone has your password and uses the same account, check with that person to see whether he spent the money. Some purchases, like magazine subscriptions or in-app purchases, are recurring and are paid from your Apple account.
Check to see whether your account has made any purchases to determine if a recurring subscription is at fault. If it is and you don't want the purchased item, contact the maker of the app for a refund; refund policies vary by manufacturer. If you're recently upgraded iTunes, switched to a new device or otherwise changed your configuration, an issue with iTunes can affect the balance shown in your account. Contact Apple to ask why your money is missing and regularly check the balance on the account to see whether the issue has been resolved. The missing money could just be a mistake that the company will correct.
Hackers have also successfully accessed users' iTunes accounts and spent funds in the past, an action that could be responsible for your missing money. No one-particular-fix solves the problem but you can try a lot many things to try and fix the problem.
