The button will turn blue when the feature is active. Many headsets go into pairing mode automatically the first time you turn them on. Consult the owner's manual to see how to put the accessory in pairing mode. Once the headset is in pairing mode, your iPhone should "discover" it. On the Bluetooth settings screen, you'll see the name of the headset appear under the list of devices. On this screen, My Devices is a list of things you've connected to in the past.

To make a call using your Bluetooth headset, dial the number as you normally would. If you're using a headset that accepts voice commands, you may be able to dial by voice. BlueAnt claims the T1 can effectively mask wind speeds of up to 35kph. While Sydney's weather didn't let us test the full extent of BluAnt's claims, the T1 definitely handles wind noise with ease. We managed to achieve crisp and clear incoming and outgoing audio even in noise in noisy environments such as heavy traffic.

As the Maserati or BMW of laptops, it would fit perfectly in the hands of a professional needing firepower under the hood, sophistication and class on the surface, and gaming prowess sports mode if you will in between. Expert Rating. Pros Good build quality, excellent sound quality, ease of use, voice guidance, multiple sized ear tips, wind armour technology. Cons No included ear hook, rugged claims come from silicone covers rather than actual unit. Bottom Line Its rugged claims may be a little over the top since it relies on the included silicon covers, but the BlueAnt T1 remains an excellent and easy to use Bluetooth headset, possessing outstanding voice quality.
