I had several issues with the case The directions provided leave room for error when you set up your phone to be used in the case. The biggest problem with set-up I encountered was the mandatory reformatting of my home-screen to a 5x7 grid when I had my phone set-up as a 6x8 grid. Without the 5x7 grid, the buttons on the case will not line-up with the app buttons on the phone screen. You must also place the button for the Seashell Camera not the native camera app in the center position of the home-screen. I did not care for the Seashell Camera app, so I placed the native camera app button in it's place.

The only 2 drawbacks I find are -- 1. The silicone is a little soft and feels like it will tear. As most everyone else has mentioned, the holster is nearly useless one handed.
