But even with my making sure to check the sound alarm, if the app is minimized so you can do other things at the same time, the alarm does not go off. There are multiple sounds available but no information on how to change the sound that is used and even when you pull the app back up from the task bar it does not set the alarm off for almost a full minute. Why is it so hard to get an alarm app that will sound the alarm even if it is minimized to the taskbar.

I would like to think that figuring out a simple timer app is easy. I had trouble deleting previous timers I set and I could not change the sound. I did not like this app. Finally found a timer with an alarm for sketching 1, 2, 5 40 min pose sketches where I did not have to break my concentration to see if my time was up. I don't minimize, but leave it up and switch between the screens and I have had NO problems, I would recommend to all artists.

The is the best time I've tried, easy to use. It'd be great if it had an "always on top" option so that I can put it in the upper corner of my screen of the task I'm working on. Easy, Intuitive and fun controls. I baked some chocolate chip cookies. They didn't burn! If you can use the keyboard to operate this app, it's certainly not intuitive.

Or it doesn't work. Overall I'm really happy with this timer, I can dock the timer to the side for my kids. Only thing that would make this 5 stars is if I could have multiple timers running at once similar to the "Cooking Timer" in the Windows Phone store. With that feature I would pay for the timer app in a heartbeat.
