The BBC iplayer app stopped streaming videos as well and now I have to download them instead , and comes up with an error when trying to stream videos, or simply doesn't respond when you press play. The phone crashes in the middle of trying to make phone calls more noticeably since the update. Another firmware update several months back removed the Music icon from the main Menu, and it's never returned since it just looks like a normal folder now.

I've also tried Ovi Voice - and if keypad tones are on then they end up being recording causing distortion - this comes across as a bug and hopefully this will be fixed? In fact we've had so many problems actually using the satnav software that we've bought a dedicated device! However I would still be interested in trying 3. Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Tried all of the above. Formatted mass memory - deleted everything from C: Hard reset multiple times. Still the update fails and it changes to kb.
