This method should work for any HD7. I've used it successfully on several. Not here.

I've not heard any word that O2 have approved it yet, or whether they're even working on it. I wonder whether an O2 person can reply on this thread?

I spoke to customer services today and was told that there is no update for the HTC HD7 to take it to 7. Just run the processs that I linked to upthread. It takes 10 minutes and is very straightforward. It just downloads the upgrade from the internet, bypassing the "targeting" check. So in essence, it is an automated version of the well-known workaround. I updated my phone its self and its now 7.

Cant really see any diffrence however it all works. I just used that method to update my O2 HD7, works perfectly even though it took a long time. What's wrong with the Hub tile? Mine works perfectly displays the local weather. Perhaps try unpinning then re-pinning?
