Every application crashes windows 7

Skype crashes,TeamViewer crashes,many games that i have installed crash,game clients crash,steam crashes Every time i want to open an application it says "This application has stopped working" Even installing updates to the windows didn't work Even when i want to uninstall something it says "runtime error" and "Could not call proc" and then the the program for uninstalling crashes. I tried finding many tutorials on how to fix this, but none of them solved my problem!!!

This happened after i installed Avast Antivirus and Malwarebytes I tried calling microsoft support but they are often offline..
